Medication Adminstration Changes
The School District of Bangor will no longer be providing over the counter medications. The state of Wisconsin in now requiring that all over the counter (OTC )medications be supplied by parents/ guardians. If you want your student to have OTC medication, (i.e. Tylenol, Ibuprofen) it must come in the manufacturer original container with the label and directions clearly visible. It must also be labeled with your child's name. A medication administration form must be filled out for each OTC medicine. The forms are available in the main office or click the link below.
