AP Language and Composition chatted with author Jay Heinrichs. He wrote New York Times bestseller Thank You For Arguing (which the students have read pieces of) and How to Argue with a Cat. His closing message for them was to take the strategies that they're learning about argument to make change and to have faith that they can do so.

5 HS projects have advanced to the NHD State Contest. 1 project is an alternate. This year's NHD contests are held virtually, with students sending pictures of their projects or scripts of their performances. Excellent job to all who participated in the Regional!
