Thank you Bangor Community for your awesome support of the referendum. We are so fortunate and grateful for all that our community does for our school each and every day. It's Another Great Day to be a Bangor Cardinal!
May's Farm to School Harvest of the Month is Lettuce

Hold on to your trowels, Spring is coming!
The Bangor FFA Greenhouse is growing well, and we will have tons of flowers, fruits, and veggies available to be purchased starting on May 1st. The greenhouse will be open for people to come in and select their plants, and we will be observing the district's current rules (limiting the amount of community members in the greenhouse and requiring masks to be worn).
You will also have the option to order plants online, just like last year, and our happy and helpful staff of Bangor FFA members will assemble your order and you can pick it up curbside.

There will NOT be a football game this evening at Woodside Sports Complex as we could not find a replacement opponent. Our next game is scheduled for Friday, April 9th at New Lisbon.
What would you design/use to protect an egg from a fall of 1 meter? These two fourth grade engineers found success with their design. Way to go! I understand there are more ideas coming 😊

Bangor's football game against Necedah scheduled for Thursday, April 1st is cancelled. We are attempting to find another opponent and will make an announcement by Thursday morning if we find one.

Help Improve Internet Speeds in Our Community in Three Clicks
https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/
To help improve internet speeds across Wisconsin, the Department of Public Instruction is teaming up with Measurement Lab, a non-profit broadband advocacy organization, to test home internet connection speeds. You can help out by testing your home internet speed with Measurement Lab’s broadband speed test. All it takes is three clicks--it’s that easy.
Why Is This Important?
The data will give the Governor’s Task Force on Broadband Access (and other broadband task groups) the information they need to target improvements where internet speeds and performance are poor.
Your Input Is Critical
In order to get an accurate picture of the state, we need a lot of accurate data. That’s where you come in. The more people take the broadband internet speed test, the clearer picture we can get of where internet speeds need the most help.
To get started:
On a device connected to your home internet, click on the link to the M-Lab broadband speed test.
Agree to the Data Policy.
Click Begin to start the test.
Consider running the test multiple times, at different times of day, as your internet speed can often vary throughout the day.
Thank you for your help in improving internet speeds in our community!

Rhyming words are a very important part in learning to read. Pick words and ask your child to make another that might rhyme, keep it fun, nonsense words can add to the fun!

A few months ago a group of Bangor students, grades 6-12, participated in a virtual honors choir experience. Over the course of around 12 hours they rehearsed, did some bonding, learned about the voice and explored the music with discussions and even meeting with the composers of their songs, while preparing to record their portion of the concert. They all worked very hard and had to do a lot of it very independently. I am so proud of what they've accomplished with this. The concert just premiered on Youtube last night, so feel free to check it out!
