Congratulations to your 2023 Conference Champion Boys and Girls Bangor Cross Country teams!
Bangor Pride!!

Stella Larson, 5th grader in Make a Difference Club, made 3 posters to be displayed for our partnership with Sunshine on the Trail to spread love, compassion, and hope to those families in our community affected by cancer.

The 5th grade Make a Difference Club shares Love and Kindness with the construction workers by giving them each a heart to let them know we care about them and thanking them for their work at our school. Bangor is a special place and the construction workers can always look back at their time at Bangor and know they are part of the Bangor family!! We continue to spread our mission and vision of letting others know they are loved and cared about.

Students in the HS Art Survey class just completed their shoe drawings. Students selected a shoe and then split the design into prisma color pencil sections and graphite pencil sections. Students learned how to add details and value with the two different mediums.

The display case and hallway outside of the art room are filled with art by MS students and HS students.
8th grade looked at architecture from downtown Bangor and recreated it using printmaking techniques they learned in class. Students added a spooky twist to them and also placed lights on them so they are illuminated in the display case.
6th grade did glue resist pumpkins in oil pastels and add some fluorescent colors so they glow under the black lights.
7th grade drew skeleton bones using a grid method of drawing. Students then used oil pastels along with watercolor, and fluorescents to give them an added shine.
