Author Jay Heinrichs visited with Argument and Debate students this morning. Students have been reading chapters from his book Thank You For Arguing for class. One of their takeaways for the day is that it's important for an audience to like and trust you if you want them to listen to you. Heinrichs also stressed the importance of pausing to really listen to someone instead of trying to talk right away. It was a great class!

Congratulations David Hartley.

Hey Bangor community, we are in need of reusable grocery bags at the Elementary School. We use them for about everything. If you have any to donate they can be dropped off at our main office or simply have your child bring them to their teacher. Thank you from Bangor Elementary.
